New Homes
Purchase a new home in a new neighborhood built by a builder, and you shouldn't
have any major house repairs for quite some time. Think again! Some of the biggest headaches
I have witnessed was by a new home owner. Purchasing a home not knowing what kind of
neighbors your going to have " you can't preview the Neighboring properties for upkeep etc."
